He was predeceased by: his father John L. Herdman. He is survived by: his mother Rosemary Butler Herdman; his wife Mairlyn Holt Herdman; his children, Justin Herdman, Amber Bolin and Monica Lindsey; and his siblings, Gary Randall, Richard Earl Herdman and Denise Rene Jones. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
