He is survived by: his wife Margaret Davis Neblett; his children, Donald Ray Neblett (Therina Tumu), Shelia Neblett and Lynn Mayfield; and his brothers, Johnny Neblett, Charlie Neblett and Harold Neblett. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
