She is survived by: her children, Walter Smith, Marjorie Knack, Tammy Beebe and Jennifer Smith; her stepson Vernon Lewis; and her siblings, Robert Bowen, Billy Bowen and Mary Ruth Bowen. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
