She is survived by: her children, McNeece Dowdy (Kim), Richard, Phillip, Paxton, Andrea, Rebecca, McKenzie, Sarah and Victoria; her brother Jimmy McNeece; and her grandchildren, Jennifer Dowdy, Rob Casillas, Austin Dowdy and James Frazier IV.
