She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Taylor and Eunice Mae Taylor; her husband Billy G. Riggins; her son James William Riggins; and her sister Betty Monk.

She is survived by: her sons, Billy Riggins, II (Angie) and Randall Riggins; her sister Linda Taylor; her grandchildren, Matthew, Megan and Zachary; and her great grandchildren, Mason, Lily and Rylin.
