He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Bumpus and Lois Pulley Bumpus. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Chinchock Bumpus; his siblings, Teddy Bumpus and Virginia Wallace; his nephew Brad Wallace; and his great-niece Nora Mae Wallace.
