Guy Phillips Obituary

We are sad to announce that on March 4, 2020, at the age of 65, Guy Phillips (Clarksville, Tennessee) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Tina Hamm Phillips; his children, Shannon Malugin (Chris) and Dakota Robertson (Brianna); his grandson Colin Malugin; his great grandchild Bella Malugin; his siblings, Marie Nelson, Kim Tonello, David Phillips (Patti), Chuck Phillips (Alice) and Dodie Queen (Frank); and his nieces and nephews, Joe Tonello, John Phillips, Jane Tonello and Trey Queen.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Kidney Fund or Cancer research.
