He is survived by : his daughter Pamela Satterthwaite; his grandson Andre Christian; his wife Jenice Quarles; his children, Beverly Quarles Bell (Bobby), Debra Quarles, Ira Quarles, Jr. of Clarksville, TN and Vincent Quarles (Dee) of Clarksville, TN; his brother Sandy Quarles (Lillie) of Kokomo, IN; his grandchildren, Bobby Bell, II, Te'Andre Bell, Kieran Quarles, Amari Quarles, Nevaeh Quarles, Jasmine Johnson, Ralph Satterthwaithe, Jr., Peyton Satterthwaithe, Kayden Satterthwaithe, Jumaane Satterthwaithe and Sophia; his great grandchildren, Jhuwon Davis, Johnaya Davis, Jayden Johnson and Saddig Bell; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Alice Quarles, Anita Jelks, Joyce Chestnut, Grace Hutchinson and Rev. Imogene Bryant. He is also survived by relatives and friends.

Viewing was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at 1616 Walnut Grove Rd, Clarksville, TN 37042. A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
