He was predeceased by: his parents, James H. Armstrong Sr. and Willene Lemons Armstrong; and his sisters, Lucille Morgan and Paula Ransdale. He is survived by: his wife Dianna Lynn Hodges Armstrong of Clarksville, TN; his children, Joseph Armstrong, Jesse James Armstrong, Maxwell Armstrong, Tyler Armstrong, Alexis Pentz of Morgan, UT and Carly Armstrong; his sister Connie King of Murfreesboro, TN.; and his stepsons, Jerry Bane of Williamsburg, MO and Ryan Bane of Austin, TX. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and 2 step grandchildren.
