She is survived by: her parents, Elijah Benton, Jr. and Gertrud Nothhelfer Benton; her daughters, Justice Whitaker, Serenity Whitaker, Syncere Whitaker and Nova Plummer; her siblings, Elijah Benton, Michael Benton (Nastaushya), Treyvon Williams and Shana Newkirk (Bishop); her aunts, Lil Toney (Harry) and Emma Weidele (Herman); and her uncle Franz-Sales Nothhelfer. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
