He was predeceased by: his sister Janet Cantlon Bosma. He is survived by: his parents, Adam Cantlon Jr. and Molly Ann McCarty Cantlon; his nieces, Hayley Bosma, Leslie Bosma and Meredith Moss; and his sister Julie Moss (Stephen).
