We are sad to announce that on January 3, 2020, at the age of 84, Joyce Hicks (Clarksville, Tennessee) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Hicks and Lillie Hicks; and her brothers, James and Marvin Hicks. She is survived by: her children, Gary Rodriguez, Denise Sexton, Victor Rodriguez and Marvin Rodriguez; and her sister Vera Darling. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and 4 great- grandchildren.
