She is survived by: her husband Mike Phillips of Clarksville; her siblings, Linda Caroline Walker and David Earl Hennessee of McMinnville; and her stepchildren, John Atnip (B. J.) of Smithville, Michael Phillips, II (Shahna) of Michigan, Sadie Marie Phillips of Michigan, Tracie Phillips of Michigan and David Phillips of Michigan. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Karen's memory may be made to Westside Baptist Church or St. Jude Children's Hospital, organizations close to her heart.
