He is survived by: his wife Debra Lowrance; his children, Samuel Lowrance (Shanelle), Benjamin Lowrance (Kelsy), Jonathan Lowrance (Kristin), Jordan Lowrance and Madison Lowrance (Suzanne); his sisters, Janice Barkley (Phil) and Bonita Lowrance; and his grandchildren, Annabelle Lowrance, Samuel Lowrance and Francisco Giovanni Reyes Lowrance.
