She was predeceased by: her husband Robert A. Temple; and her siblings, William Johns, Muriel Christian, Norman Johns, Dorothy Anderson, Benjamin Johns, Lucille Halls, Betty Johns and Doris Robinson.
She is survived by: her children, Alan Jon Temple (Carol) of Kearneysville, WV, Daryl Lee Temple (Ruthie) of Kevil, KY and Kathy Ann Temple of Clarksville, TN; and her grandchildren, Holly and Nathaniel Temple. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to American Heart Association or the Alzheimer's Association.
