It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Luther Rittenberry Jr. (Clarksville, Tennessee), born in Saint Bethlehem, Tennessee, who passed away on March 6, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Lille May Mason Rittenberry and Luther Rockefeller Rittenberry; and his siblings, Ollie Gant, Nannie Harrison, Robert Rittenberry and David Rittenberry.

He is survived by : his wife Mary Virginia Brake Seay; his sisters, Jean Cardinal, Mary Motes and Martha Jones; his daughter Marjorie Searcy (George); his grandchildren, Theresia Burchett (Eddie), Kim Robertson (Doyle), Mallory Dawson (Steven), Jordy Searcy (Michel) and Liam Searcy (Brooke); his great grandchild Imogen Dawson; and his grandchildren, Cal Burchett (Laura), Mary Beth Meyer (Jeff), Caroline Wilson (Elijah), Whitney Johns (J. J.) and Kallie Robertson. He is also survived by his family and friends.
