Richard Carlisle Obituary
We are sad to announce that on May 30, 2020, at the age of 87, Richard Carlisle of Clarksville, Tennessee, born in Brooklyn, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Carlisle and George Carlisle; his wife Joy Rachel Carlisle; and his daughters, Rita Casazza (Richard) of Laurel, MD and Deborah Jenkins (Hall) of Clarksville.
He is survived by: his children, Rick Carlisle (Terry) of Clarksville and Cynthia Kayyod of Bloomfield Hills, MI.; and his grandchildren, Farshod Kayyod, Crystal Leigh Carroll, Roshae Lyn Harrison, Layla Kayyod, Kelly Marie Casazza and Lacy Carlisle Squires. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
