He is survived by: his mother Marylou Bryant Cotton; his daughter Megin Irons (Herb); and his siblings, Christopher Cotton (Susan), Daniel Cotton (Mary), Bonnie Rhodes (Lyn), Joanne Springer, Cheryl Easley (Lester) and Dawn Dickerson.
