He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Rose and Katherine Norman Rose; his daughters, Angie Marie McCollough and Misty Sheilliana Nicholson; his grandsons, Derrick Nicholson and Jason Rose; and his siblings, Jesse Rose and Shirley Pilcher.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Sue Johnson Rose; his son Bobby Lee Rose (Dana); his grandsons, Jeffrey Rose, Timothy McCollough and Jacob McCollough; and his siblings, Gene Rose (Kathy), Ricky Rose (Wanda) and Jerlene Greene (James).
