He is survived by: his wife Shirley Talbott; his children, Stephen Paul Talbott (Vanessa) and Lynette Lee Whited; and his grandchildren, Lisa Williams (Toby), Henry Whited (Eme), Kerri Evans, Sara Bedolla (Cesar), Alexander Evans, Ruth Anne Talbott, Grace Hannah Talbott and Rose Miriam Talbott. He is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren.
