He was predeceased by: his parents, John Shorey and Bonnie Yeager Shorey; and his brother Larry Shorey. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Mashburn Shorey; his daughter Suzanna Moore (Chris) of Robards, KY.; his stepdaughters, Chrysti Dobbs (Bobby) of Springfield, TN and Julie Cardwell (David) of Seymour, TN.; and his children, Schatzi, Boo and Lucky.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Dickson Humane Society.
