We are sad to announce that on October 30, 2019, at the age of 91, Thelma Miller (Clarksville, Tennessee), born in Detroit, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Kender Smith and Etta Greer Smith; her husband Billy Rhea Miller; and her sister Eva Dillow. She is survived by: her daughters, Lynette Biggar and Melanie Boisseau (Mike); her grandchildren, Stacey Baggett Hagewood (Philip), Natalie Baggett Walker (Ben), Miller Boisseau and Mason Boisseau (Stacey); and her great grandchildren, Kender, Kentley Walker, Briley, Hadley Hagewood, Campbell, Brantley, Beckett Boisseau, Rhea and Reese Boisseau.
