She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Raymond Caldwell and Vaneda Gladys Vaughn Caldwell; her husband William Oscar "Bill" Clark; her siblings, Harry Caldwell (June) and Jean Moore (Jim); her daughter-in-law Hope Clark; and her brother-in-law Don Procop.
She is survived by: her children, William Galen Clark and Dana Clark Sykes (John); and her siblings, Joyce Flanagan (Major), Raymond Caldwell (Anna), Joe Caldwell (Julie) and Kay Procop. She is also survived by her 13 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
