Manners Sr. and Dorothy Riggins Manners; his wife Cathy Tumm Manners; his children, Cody Baggett, Dana Foster (David) and Shannon Malugin (Chris); his siblings, Ronnie Manners and Connie Bearden (Henry); his grandchildren, Colby, Charlie, Colin and Alyssa; and his great grandchild Bella.
