She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Jellies (Thelma Kazy) and Tom Jellies; and the father of her child Josh. She is survived by: her son Josh (Candace); her siblings, Jim (Dianne), Denise (David) and Brenda (Tommy); and her grandchildren, Anthony, Zoe and Leland. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
