He was predeceased by: his wife Grace Margaret Swafford Withrow; his parents, Luther Withrow and Beulah Combs Withrow; his siblings, Henry Withrow (Wink), Bill Withrow, Orville Withrow, Charlie Withrow, Bob Withrow, C. L. Withrow (Pat), Anna Isabella Withrow and Joyce Murphy; and his siblings-in-law, Barbara Withrow, Lennie Withrow, Pauline Withrow, Bertie Withrow, Roy Dixon, Hoyt Campbell, Ronnie Ridgeway and James Murphy.
He is survived by: his daughter Alice Marie Withrow Couch (Donald, Jr.) of Cleveland; his grandson Joshua Couch of Cleveland; his siblings, Dorothy Dixon (Dot) of Cleveland, Frances Campbell (Frank) of Reliance, Helen Ridgeway of Cleveland, James Withrow (Marlene) of Charleston, Doyle Withrow (Barbara) of Charleston, Dave Withrow (Charlene) of Decatur, Carl Withrow (Martha) of Decatur and Cecil Withrow (Mitzi) of Reliance; and his sister-in-law Agnes Withrow of Cleveland. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
