He is survived by: his children, Brittany Day of Murfreesboro and Dustin Day (Julie) of Cleveland; his granddaughters, Callie Day and Laura Day of Cleveland; his sister Mary Fansler; his mother-in-law Bonita James; and his sibling's children, Tanna Whaley (Eddie), Tracy Fansler (Becky) and Darren Fansler (Tammy).
