We are sad to announce that on November 23, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Dorothy Elder of Cleveland, Tennessee. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Ida Louise Kilpatrick and George Cecil McCall; and her husband Melvin R. Elder, Sr.. She is survived by : her sisters, Shirley Hendrix of Greenville, SC and Betty Pierce of Pensacola Florida; her children, Mary Holder, Melvin Elder, Jr. (Kay), Joan Haney and Gayle Vandergriff (Gene); her grandchildren, Keith, Marc Daughtery, April Duncan (Jim), Adam Elder (Traci), Laura Gregory (Josh), Dallas Holder, Aletta and Zach Vandergriff; and her great grandchildren, Rebekah Sebier (Jonah), Janna, Jacob Duncan, Taylor, Mellisa, Jesse Daugherty, David, Andi Elder, Wyatt, Logan and Cason Gregory.

The funeral will be held for family only at the graveside due to Covid-19 restrictions on Friday, November 27, 2020.
