It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ella Joan Partin of Cleveland, Tennessee, born in Jellico, Tennessee, who passed away on January 25, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jess Hill and Fannie Hill; her husband Jerry W. Partin; and her siblings, William Earl, Charles Lloyd, Alfred Jerome, Roy Cecil Hill and Mabel Ruth Arnold.
She is survived by: her daughter Leigh Ann Boyd (Bill); her granddaughter Hannah; her sisters, Bonnie H. and Mary E. Roberts; and her sister-in-law Hannelore Hill. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Helen Ruth Sharp with the Jellico Cemetery Association at 1075 Fifth Street in Jellico, TN 37762 or to 1st Baptist Generations Fund at 1275 Stuart Road NE, Cleveland, TN 37312 in Ella's honor.
