He is survived by: his sister Shelia Scruggs (Anthony McMahan) of Cleveland, TN.; his daughters, Andrea Johnson of Athens, TN. and Lexis Scruggs of Athens, TN.; and his aunts and uncles, Virginia Wynn of Knoxville, TN., Vyetta Moore (Bill) of Knoxville, TN., Judy Prigmore of Cleveland, TN., Larry Moore of Knoxville, TN. and James Moore of Ohio. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
