He was predeceased by : his parents, Jacob C. Higgins, Sr. and Gladys Vest Higgins; and his brother Terry Higgins. He is survived by : his wife Linda Randolph Higgins; his sons, Jacob C. Higgins III (Robin) of Old Fort and Mikel B. Higgins of Cleveland; and his siblings, Kathleen Maples of Cleveland, Fred Higgins (Jan) of Cleveland, Tom Higgins (Ruth) of Old Fort and Mark Higgins of Old Fort.
