He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Wagner and Mary Rebecca Wagner; his brother Richard Wagner; and his brother-in-law Rudy Todd. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Watson Wagner; his sons, Scott Wagner and Jeff Wagner; his grandson Jeff Wagner Jr.; his great grandchild River Wagner; and his sister Mary Todd.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the JIM Rush Funeral and Cremation Services - North Ocoee (2603 N Ocoee St, Cleveland, TN 37312). A graveside service will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Tasso United Methodist (1106 Tasso Ln NE, Cleveland, TN 37312).
