He was predeceased by: his parents, John Francis Tortora, Sr. and Marianne Casalino Tortora; and his pet Tommy. He is survived by: his wife Melissa Williams Tortora (Missy) of Norris, TN.; his son Johnny Elliott (Cassie); his grandson Ezra James Elliott; and his children, Michael Anthony Tortora (Sarah), Robert Vincent Tortora (Vinny), Thomas James Tortora (Tom) and Layan Abdel Hadi of Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Due to the current pandemic, only immediate family will gather for a memorial service.
