She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Higenbottom and Bernice Hicks; her husband Henry Banks; her siblings, Paul, Scotty, Don Higenbottom, Kay Huckeba and Wilma Higenbottom Larue; her children, Tina Thomas (Billy), Tammy Ramsey Stephenson, Gene Ramsey (Meleah) of Cleveland, Brian Banks of Cleveland and Leon Banks (Robin) of Cleveland; and her grandchildren, Christina Gladson (Heath), Ashley Thomas (Mark), Sierra Arnold (Brandon) of Linden, NC, William "River" Stephenson of Cleveland, Mathew of Cleveland, Trevor of Cleveland and Colton Ramsey of Cleveland.
She is survived by: her great grandchildren, Caleb, Kasey, Elijah, Malakai, Saige and Ocean; and her friend Hubert Ramsey. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Poole Funeral Home (3000 Ralph Buckner Boulevard Northeast, Cleveland, TN 37311). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Poole Funeral Home & Cremation Services of Cleveland (3000 Ralph Buckner Boulevard Northeast, Cleveland, TN 37311). A burial was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM at the Delano Cemetery (121 Delano Cemetery Rd, Delano, TN 37325).
