He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lester Goins and Lennie Viola Prince Goins. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Jim Holland Goins of Cleveland; his godchildren, Stephanie Goins Field and Sydney Goins Watson; his sister Joan Elliot; and his nephew James Elliot.
