He was predeceased by : his parents, Arleigh Masters and Mildred Mulheirn Masters; and his children, Michelle Masters and Billy Washer. He is survived by : his wife Carlene Masters; his sister Judy Flowers of Bowling Green, MO; his brother-in-law Mark Stephenson (Janice) of Cleveland; his niece Krista Luebrecht (Daryl) of Bowling Green; and his nephew Jacob Stephenson of Cleveland.
