He was predeceased by : his parents, Eugene O'Rourke and Rita O'Rourke; his former life partner Elizabeth "Beth" O'Rourke; his daughter Kelli Marie O'Rourke; and his siblings, Mary McNealy and Michael O'Rourke.

He is survived by : his daughters, Kattie O'Rourke (Eric Simonds), Benton and Jennifer Hawkins (Jamey) of Cleveland, TN; his brother Brian O'Rourke (Kelly) of Gainesville, GA; his siblings-in-law, Jimmy Parker (Kelly), Sherri Godfrey and Susan Crisp (Ray); and his grandchildren, Chaz Kaylor of Cleveland, TN, Courtney Hawkins of Cleveland, TN, Jamey Hawkins, II of Cleveland, TN and Connor Hawkins of Cleveland, TN. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other family members.
