It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phoebe R. Stepp (Cleveland, Tennessee), who passed away on May 3, 2020, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Edward Sneed and Sue Sneed; her brother David Sneed; and her parents-in-law, Leslie and Ruby Stepp.
She is survived by : her husband Joe Stepp of Cleveland; her children, Brandon Stepp (Valarie) of Cleveland and Theba Hamilton (David) of Cleveland; her grandchildren, Cheyenne Hamilton of Cleveland, Bryer Hamilton of Cleveland, Anna Jean Stepp of Cleveland and Emma Jo Stepp of Cleveland; and her siblings, Sherry Maples (Larry), Cindy McCoy (Mike), Jennifer Castello (Tom) and Garth Sneed (Jean) of Cleveland. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorials may be made to Memorial and Honor Program, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-1942.
