It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rick Slack of Cleveland, Tennessee, who passed away on July 4, 2020, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his father Raymond Slack; and his sister Tammy Slack McGaha. He is survived by : his mother Hazel Slack; his children, Jeremy and Skylar; and his sister Brenda Branam (Tammie Walsh).
