He was predeceased by : his parents, Walter Clyde Stepp and Edna Cartwright Stepp; his brother Walter Clyde Stepp Jr.; his former life partner Reba Campbell Stepp; and his daughter Patsy Deline Stepp.
He is survived by : his wife Barbara Stepp; his daughter Judy Stepp Cobb; his grandchildren, Britany Cobb Kelly (Wayne) and Tyler Cobb (Kristin); his great grandchildren, Amber Bramblett (Shawn), Autumn Kelly, Christian Kelly (Sarai), Will Kelly and Wes Kelly; his great great grandchildren, Elias and Stella; his stepchildren, Dianne Myers, Kathi Mowery (Jerry), Kelly Guffey (Joe) and Tony Thatch (Lisa); his stepgrandchildren, Cassidy Turner (Johnathon), Cayci Freeman (Eric) and Corey Thatch (Michelle); and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Amelia and Cooper. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
