She was predeceased by: her father Jerry Wayne Anderson. She is survived by: her children, Kaj, Shyla and Ryker Whitehead; her mother Donna Hammitt; her grandparents, Dr. Gene and Betsy Rice; and her siblings, Trace Colson (Amy), Stacey Green (Eric) and Tanner Anderson (Andrea). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
