He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Donald Hookey, Sarah Uselton, Paul W. Turner, Sr. and Nancy Rogers Turner; his uncle Mike Hookey; and his aunt Kim Crouch.

He is survived by : his daughter Olivia Rose Hookey; his parents, Cliff Hookey, Sr. and Nancy Turner Hookey of South Pittsburg, TN; his siblings, Katie Conner and Joe Hookey (Lindsey); his nieces and nephews, Abbey and Jonas Conner; and his grandfather Johnny Uselton (Filma). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
