He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Lowe and Edna Lowe. He is survived by: his wife Mary Scruggs Lowe; his children, Christy Lowe and Bryan Lowe of Dahlonega, GA; his sister Janice Lowe of Clinton; and his siblings-in-law, Kenneth Scruggs and Shirley Scruggs. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to Norris First Baptist Church Building Fund or the Haiti Fund, P.O. Box 340, Norris, TN 37828.
