He was predeceased by: his parents, William F. Sr and Wilma D. Bailey; and his sister Teresa Early. He is survived by: his close friend Debbie Bailey of Andersonville, TN; his sister Sandy Bailey of Clinton, TN; his wife Geraldine of Maynardville, TN; and his nieces, Ashley, Cassandra, Alena, Shaunda, Savannah and Austynn. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, family and friends.
