He is survived by: his wife Brandi Dick; his stepchildren, Dana Wood, Olivia Palmer, Erica Helton and Gabriel Palmer; his stepgrandchildren, Lucas, Landon Bar, Bryer and Noah Vincil; his parents, Terry Hooks and Gilbert Dick; his siblings, Joshua Dick (Vanessa) and Rachel Wynne (Brett); his siblings' children, Evan, Elyse, Caden, Avery and Price; his friend Brandon Carroll; and his pet Ellie. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the East Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery (2200 E Governor John Sevier Hwy, Knoxville, TN 37920).
