It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Ward of Clinton, Tennessee, born in Tampa, Florida, who passed away on January 3, 2021, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Wayne Pratt and Mary Ellenn Pitchford; and her brothers, Kenneth Wayne Pratt and Daryl Pratt. She is survived by: her brothers, David Pratt and Larry Pratt (Louisa Pratt); her children, Christina Brown (Raymond Brown), Daniel Andrews (Katrina Andrews) and Chrystal Ward; and her grandchildren, Jenna Brown, Taylor Andrews, Shelby Andrews, Trinity Andrews, Haylee Roach, Emma Roach and Mayson Roach. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and special friends.
