It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Neal Duncan of Clinton, Tennessee, who passed away on December 2, 2020, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Paul Duncan and Corine Lenora Dodd Duncan. He is survived by: his children, Chase Duncan (Tanya), Autumn Lawson, Corey Arms and Taylor Duncan; his siblings, Michael P. Duncan, Sylvia D. Davis, Steven W. Duncan (DiAnna) and Elaine Frame (Mike); and his granddaughters, Ainsley and Kinsley Duncan. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
