He was predeceased by: his daughter Kathryn Shaw (Kay); his parents, Frank Shaw and Ruby McJunkin Shaw; his parents-in-law, Felix and Kathryn Moore; his siblings, Gladys Stewart, Grace Hawkins and Roy Shaw; his granddaughter Misty Blackwell; and his son-in-law Mark J. Case.
He is survived by: his wife June Shaw; his children, Karen Shaw Case, Kimberly Shaw Baxter (Wayne Baxter) and Wayne Shaw, Jr.; his grandchildren, Shawn Blackwell, Shane Shaw, Jerrad Shaw (Brittany), Joseph W. Basile, Michael Basile (Danielle), Rachel Ann Baxter, Wayne J. Basile and Jesse Reed; and his brothers, Edward Creed Shaw (Clarice), Dee R. Shaw and Reid D. Shaw (Lila). He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
