She was predeceased by: her parents, Granville S. Crockett and Nellie Bell Clevenger Crockett; her son Raymond David "Bubba" Johnson; her granddaughter Heather Elizabeth Hayes; and her brother Wayne Crockett.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Terri Johnson Hayes of Shelby, Judy "Sissy" Ray Johnson Ladd (Dave Tuckmantel) of College Grove, TN, Mark Crockett Johnson (Louise Johnson) of Chapel Hill, TN and Ann Lucille Johnson Thoni (Jeff Thoni) of Franklin, TN. She is also survived by Grandchildren, ten grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
