She was predeceased by : her husband James Thurman Nelms; her parents, Elva Schenzel and Jessie Hollis Nelson; her son Bob Nelms; her brother Harold Nelson; and her son-in-law Mike Dill.
She is survived by : her daughter Cindy Ann Dill of Franklin, TN; her daughter-in-law Becky Nelms of College Grove, TN; her grandchildren, Dawn Dill (Jimmy Barnett), Robert Nelms (Amanda) and Jesse Nelms (Megan); her great grandchildren, Kayrin Duke (Cody), Riley Nelms, Peyton Nelms, Savannah Nelms and Allie Mae Nelms; her great great grandchildren, Adley Rae Duke and Walker Duke; her siblings-in-law, Louise Nelms, Evelyn Nelson, Betty Nelms and Lewis Nelms; and her nephews, Dennis Nelson, Tim Nelson and Randy Nelms.
